| "Berkemah di Ranu Kumbolo" - copyright Why 03/16 |
Lukisan dengan judul "Berkemah di Ranu Kumbolo", dibuat berdasarkan foto dari internet tentang suasana di sekitar Ranu Kumbolo, Jawa Timur. Suasana di tepi ranu/danau vulkanis di lereng Gunung Semeru yang sering dijadikan lokasi hiking dan camping. Panorama yang indah dengan danau vulkanis dikelilingi oleh perbukitan yang hijau serta hawa yang dingin.
Lukisan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan media cat minyak (saya gunakan merk Rembrandt, Van Gogh dan Lefranc-Bourgeois) di atas canvas board Winsor & Newton. Lukisan ini saya buat dalam waktu 7 jam di bulan Maret 2016.
Tantangan yang saya dapatkan saat membuat lukisan ini yaitu bagaimana membuat bayangan dua bukit agar tampak nyata di telaga.
Sampai saat ini hasrat untuk pergi langsung ke lokasi tersebut masih ada, cuma sayangnya belum ada waktu yang tepat untuk dapat pergi ke sana.

The painting was created using oil paint media (I used the brand Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Lefranc-Bourgeois) on canvas board Winsor & Newton. I created this painting within 7 hours in the month of March 2016.
The challenge that I get when creating this painting is how to make shadow of the hills that were apparent in the lake.
Until now, the desire to go directly to that location is still there, just unfortunately there is no right time to be able to go there.
